Zambia Hope distributes corn meal and soy bean meal at the Misisi compound for HIV/AIDS orphans. We have identified 2,500 children, most of them living with relatives in severe poverty (see family gallery). So far our budget for this has been only US$550 a month, far below what is required. We also provide one meal a day for the 800 children in our 3 schools.

NEEDED
One 25 kg bag of corn meal costs $10. A family of five can live on this for a month. To feed 2,500 children we need 500 bags a month, at a cost of $5,000 a month.
